Accounts: the collection, banking and processing of all funds relating to your investment including rent, water and council rates, maintenance costs etc.
Landlord Disbursements: we have the ability to release your rent funds to you twice a month, as well as any one off payments you may require.
Online Portal: 24/7 online access to our landlord portal, allowing you to view every detail on your investment home, e.g. where your tenant is paid up to, how much money we are holding for you, where maintenance items are up too, past monthly statements and much more.
Arrears: daily monitoring of rental arrears to ensure tenants are paying rent within their obligations of their Residential Tenancies Agreement.
Maintenance and Repairs: we will coordinate and manage any possible maintenance required with your asset, whilst keeping cost to a minimum.
NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal: Tribunal representation and preparation, should the need ever arise.
Rent Reviews: to maximise the long term benefits of owning a residential investment property, we will conduct rent reviews periodically on your property.
Compliance: we stay in touch with authority requirements and landlord responsibilities to ensure your property remains compliant and assist in curbing any liability.
Insurance: assistance with securing affective building and landlord insurance.
Knowledge: we have a deep understanding of the current local market and demography.
