We sign an agreement with you to sell your house

5. PREPARATION FOR SALE

We help you get the property ready for sale

6. PHOTOGRAPHY

We organise stunning photographs of your property

7. ADVERTISING

We prepare all forms of marketing to show off your property

8. MARKET

We take the property to market, always aiming to secure the highest price

9. INSPECTIONS

Structured inspections of the property to show it to buyers

10. OFFER & ACCEPTANCE

A buyer offers an amount you are pleased with

11. SOLD & EXCHANGE

You / buyers signs the Contract of Sale, the buyer pays the deposit

12. SETTLEMENT

The day property transfers to the purchaser, and they pay you
