“I/we understand that if I/we am breaking the Tenancy Agreement, that I/we am responsible to pay the following:
- four weeks rent if less than 25% of the agreement has expired,
- three weeks rent if 25% or more, but less than 50% of the agreement has expired,
- two weeks rent if 50% or more, but less than 75% of the agreement has expired,
- one weeks rent if 75% or more of the agreement has expired.

I/We understand there will be a final vacate inspection carried out once I/We have
vacated the property, at this time we are not guaranteed entry back into the
property to rectify any issues noted. I/We also understand there will be a final
water invoice issued after the final vacate inspection has been completed.
I/We understand that Jackson Bell agents have the right to show perspective
tenants through the property; providing the appropriate notice is given.
